Spec work (short for
speculative) is any job for which the client expects to see examples or a
finished product before agreeing to pay a fee.
Answer:
This type of work is
widely considered undesirable and immoral by the graphic design community, as
it requires the designer to commit time and resources to a project with the chance
of getting nothing in return. While a client may feel they don’t want to invest
money until seeing some work, designers should not have to prove their worth to
get a job. Instead, clients should choose a designer based on their portfolio
and experience and commit to building a working relationship with him or her.
Only then will both the client and designer see the best results.

this is a modern concept seater. it is design for everybody especially for kids and youngsters. It is really fun, we could see it through its colors and the shape itself.
there is 2 elements that has been considered by the designer in designing this seater which is the practicality and the visual appearance of it. this seater/chair is not just a furniture but we could see it as a product tOo..

Acrylic paint is fast drying paint containing pigment suspension in acrylic polymer emulsion. Acrylic paints can be diluted with water, but become water-resistant when dry. Depending on how much the paint is diluted (with water) or modified with acrylic gels, media, or pastes, the finished acrylic painting can resemble a watercolor or an oil painting, or have its own unique characteristics not attainable with other media. The paintings which are painted with acrylic colors will dry quickly. These colors can be used directly from the tube or else we can mix this paint with water and can be used as water color. It contains balanced colors of acrylic mixture for coloring. The acrylic paints have its own characteristics and do not need any other medium. Depending on the amount of water added to it makes to resemble whether the acrylic color is a water color or oil paint. Acrylic colors can be thinned by mixing up with water. Using the acrylic retarders the evaporation of water from the acrylic paint can be slowed. An Acrlic color does not absorb any dyes or textures added to it. Most of the painters use acrylic colors to modify the appearance, flexibility, texture, hardness and other characteristics of their paintings. The range of acrylic color is greater when compared to other colors. If the content of water added to the acrylic color exceeds 30 percent then it won’t form a stable paint on the film.
Acrylic paints are becoming very popular today with the art and craft work made by men and women all over the world. The advantage of acrylic paint is that they are versatile and are quick drying. We may not worry about the odor and allergies caused by acrylic paint because they are as similar to oil paints. These paints can also be used for canvas art and some of the special acrylic paints are developed for the varieties of art. We can make our kitchen brighter by painting the glasses, dishes and plates with the special variety of acrylic paints which is water resistant and durable.
